As a forward-thinking bike shop, utilizes any and all advertising media modalities to reach our target demographic: in this case , @upenngapsa and @uofpenn students walking along the 4500 Block of Pine Street. Fun Facts: 1) These nasty little signs (16th below Locust St., W. side) are illegal code violations. 2) If they cut your lock, etc., it's a crime. 3) Probably simple to use a nutdriver to remove them and reinstall them face in. 3B) The metal they're made of feels flimsy and easy to bend. 4) PHL Streets/311 will be sending an inspector out shortly.
