early bird bike path ride (8 mi., easy-paced), with "Musical Folders" bike exchange arrangement.

LANCE ARMSTRONG TIME TRIAL (8mi flat out-and-back)
Art Museum Steps, 26th and Ben Franklin Parkway

AMTRAK 30th Street Station, 30th and Market Sts.
Board 12:49pm SEPTA R5 train to Paoli; cycle back w/stop in Manayunk, eventually return to central Philadelphia. Some riders may cycle out as well, w/rendezvous in Valley Forge.
